CSJ-903 Weatherproof Silicone Sealant for Curtain Wall

Characteristics:

CSJ-903 is one component, Neutral Curing, high-performance and widely using. It is excellent adhesive to most of materials and no corrosion. Weather proof, anti-aging and excellent resistance to ultraviolet radiation;



Application:


Aluminum doors and windows engineering, ceramics and roofs;


Glass curtain wall, other industry and construction applications;




Construction Requirements:


The substrate surface must be clean, dry, no oil;


To ensure the full seam adhesive without gap, and modified to sealant before curing;


Before using, they must be done field substrate adhesion and compatibility test and customer satisfaction test;


The construction environment need to be clean, well ventilated, the environment temperature should be between 15 ºC~27 ºC


The sealant injection width and thickness should meet the design requirements, and the ratio of the strip width (A) and thickness (B) is 2:1, and the thickness no less than 3mm






Limitations:


Not apply to structural assembly engineering;


Not apply to the place of continuous flooding, long-term buried in the underground interface, the physical destruction of friction;


Not apply to all surfaces that have been exposed to grease, plasticizers or solvents;


Not suitable for confined space;


Not apply directly to the surface of food or drinking water;


Not apply to the surface just spray (including enamel or solvent type);


Surface on the Silicone Sealant cannot paint;




Safety Precautions:


Silicone sealant curing process will release low molecular substances, the construction site should ensure that ventilation, avoid volatile concentration is too high (not any damage to the body after curing);


Not cured silicone sealant should avoid contact with eyes, otherwise, please rinse with plenty of water, and ask the doctor for help;


Do not let the child touch unsolidified sealant, if accidentally swallowed, should ask a doctor for help;


Storage:

The product is stored in a sealed container with a temperature of 23 ºC~27 ºC and humidity about 50% for a period of 12 months.
