Golden Sealant

Characteristics:

IDA E-202 COLOR EPOXY sealant, a new green revolutionary product, offers low VOC with characteristics of colorfast, water repellent, good durability as well as excellent resistant to stain, fungus and chemicals. It is easy to apply and maintenance and suitable for floors and walls using in hotel, swimming pool, outlets, restaurants, residential and commercial buildings, shopping malls, etc. It has multi-colors to suit various types of mosaic and keeps pace with the modern design and new technical requirements by mosaic and tiles industries.



Features:

1. Excellent bonding Strength: strong adhesion with all kinds of tiles and it does not peel.

2. Glossy appearance: The surface is glossy as porcelain, and excellent mold resistant ability.

3. Flexibility: This grout with flexibility has high resistance to thermal expansion and contraction and it does not crack.

4. Short Curing time: 18-22 minutes at 22ºC, easy to apply and fast curing time within 3-5 hours; the grout neither deform nor collapse.

5.Non yellowing with 10 years warranty.

6.Low temperature resistant: -50ºC, High temperature resistant: 180ºC

Instructions:

(1)As grout: Use clean water to remove all residues of the adhesive and loose particles left in the gaps. Grouting can only be carried out when the gaps are totally dried.

(2)As adhesive: use COLOR EPOXY as adhesive for glass and metallic mosaic will enhance the aesthetic effect.

(3)As decorative: as a decorative paste of special design on walls, if add glittering elements will obtain an exclusive, elegant and sparkling effect on the finishing.



Application:

(1) Specialized tile grout for seam grouting of ceramic tile, glass tile, quartz tile, porcelain tile and mosaic tiles.

(2) For filing edges and seam in bathroom, kitchen, bathroom, bathtub, balconies and counters, and for floor or wall grouting.

(3) Use a special sponge float, apply the COLOR EPOXY paste, press and spread diagonally across the joints, make sure no void is left unfilled. Remove the excess COLOR EPOXY paste with the same float.

(4) Application temperature: 5 ~ 35°C. Curing time is longer at low temperature and shorter at high temperature. It is about 6 hours at 25°C.





Note: Before curing, care has to be taken against dust. After curing, within 3 days, do not directly walk on it to avoid contamination and damaging. Do not cover the grouted surface to avoid the non-homogeneity of colors.
