Characteristics:

CSJ-9905 Silicone Structural Sealant is a two-component, high strength Neutral Curing Silicone Sealant. The sealant can adjust the mixing ratio to control the curing time with the help of two-component sealant machine, The sealant with a high performance, flexibility, resistance to ozone and other anti-natural erosion, it remains flexible over a temperature range of -68°F(-20°C) to 212°F (100°C)



Product Ingredients

Room temperature cured polymethy siloxane, inorganic filler, and neutral silane curing agent.

Construction Requirement:


The material surface temperature must be in the range of 59°F (15°C) to 80.6°F (27°C);


The material surface must be dry,no dust and no oil;.

Proportioning Requirements:


Silicone structural sealant is divided into A component and B component;


A component is white, B component is black;


The A component is the base material, the B component is the curing agent, and the mixture is a homogeneous black paste;




Safety Precautions:


Silicone sealant curing process will release low molecular substances, the construction site should ensure that ventilation, avoid too high volatile concentration (not any damage to the body after curing);


Not cured silicone sealant should avoid contact with eyes, otherwise, please rinse with plenty of water, and ask the doctor for help;


Do not let the child touch unsolidified sealant, if accidentally swallowed, should ask a doctor for help;




Storage:

Should be stored at a temperature of below 27°C in a cool dry place;
