Product Ingredients:

Room temperature cured polymethy siloxane, inorganic filler, and neutral silane curing agent.



Application:


Specially designed for the second sealing for insulating glass sealant;


Windows and doors sealing.




Proportioning Requirements:

Hollow glass Silicone Sealant is divided in A group and B group.

A group is white; B group is black; A group is base stock; B stock is curing agent;

A group and B group mixed turn into black paste;

Part A is white and part B is black; mix part A and B with volume proportion 9.5:1 or weight proportion 14.5:1;



limitation:




Inappropriate for the structural adhesive;


Inappropriate for the surface which was greasily and the cover with plasticizer;


Inappropriate for airtight place, because sealant need to absorb the moisture in the air to be curing;


Inappropriate for the cover is frosting or moist;


Inappropriate for soaking and damp all the time;


Cannot construct on the cover under 4°Cand more than 28°C;






Construction Requirement:


The material surface temperature must be in the range of 59°F (15°C) to 80.6°F (27°C);


The material surface must be dry,no dust and no oil;.


Please complete the compatibility test before using.




Safety Precautions:


Silicone sealant curing process will release low molecular substances, the construction site should ensure that ventilation, avoid too high volatile concentration (not any damage to the body after curing);


Not cured silicone sealant should avoid contact with eyes, otherwise, please rinse with plenty of water, and ask the doctor for help;


Do not let the child touch unsolidified sealant, if accidentally swallowed, should ask a doctor for help;






Storage:

Should be stored at a temperature of below 27°C in a cool dry place;
